How It Works
Our Clean-Out Process
Four straightforward steps from first call to cleared space. No surprises, no hidden fees, no chasing. Just a reliable crew that shows up and gets it done.
The Full Picture
Four Steps. One Visit. Done.
1. Reach Out
Call, text, or fill out our form. Takes two minutes.
2. Site Survey
We visit your site, assess the job, write you a firm quote.
3. Clean-Out Day
Our crew arrives on schedule and removes everything agreed.
4. All Clear
Space cleared, waste disposed responsibly. You're done.
Most jobs go from first call to cleared space in under a week.
Getting Started
Reach Out. It Takes 2 Minutes.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you contact us. A rough description of your location and what you’re dealing with is enough to get the ball rolling. We’re a real California crew. You’ll talk to a person, not a bot.
OUR PART
- Respond same business day (usually faster)
- Ask a few quick questions to understand the scope
- Schedule your free on-site survey
- Give you a ballpark range over the phone if helpful
YOUR PART
- Call, text, or submit the online form
- Describe your space and what needs to go
- Let us know your rough timeline
Prefer to text? Call our main line and we’ll exchange numbers. We work around your schedule.
The Site Survey
Free On-Site Survey & Firm Quote
This is where Axis earns your trust. We come to your property, walk the space with you, and assess exactly what’s involved: volume, access, material types, any special handling requirements. Then we give you a written quote with a fixed price. No surprises when the crew shows up.
OUR PART
- Assess the full scope on-site
- Identify any special disposal requirements
- Provide a written, fixed-price quote
- Confirm crew size, truck capacity, and timeline
- Answer every question before you sign anything
YOUR PART
- Show us the space (15–30 min walk-through)
- Point out anything that stays or needs special care
- Ask any questions about the process
The site survey is always free. No obligation to book after, but most clients do, because the quote is fair.
Be Prepared
What to Have Ready Before We Arrive
You don’t need to do any heavy lifting. That’s our job. But a few minutes of prep before the survey or clean-out day will make everything go faster and smoother.
Property Access
Let us know the best entrance, any gate codes, and where we can stage the truck. Loading dock access is a big help.
Items That Stay
If anything in the space stays, label it or point it out during the survey. Clear communication avoids mix-ups.
Insurance or Compliance Needs
If your property requires vendor insurance certificates or COIs, let us know in advance. We carry full liability coverage.
Who's On-Site
Have a point of contact on-site during clean-out day who can make quick decisions if needed. Doesn't have to be you.
E-Waste Compliance
If you need documentation for electronics disposal (for leases or audits), request it when booking. We'll have it ready.
Your Timeline
Tell us any hard deadlines: lease end dates, contractor start dates, inspections. We'll work backwards from there.
Clean-Out Day
We Show Up. We Get It Done.
Clean-out day is simple: we do the work, you stay out of the way. Our crew arrives in the agreed window, brings the right equipment, and clears everything on the scope list efficiently and safely. We treat your property with respect and leave it cleaner than we found it.
OUR PART
- Arrive on time in the agreed window
- Bring the right crew size and truck capacity
- Work efficiently with minimal disruption to your operations
- Sort materials for recycling vs. disposal on the go
- Do a final walk-through with you before we leave
- Leave the space swept and clear
YOUR PART
- Be available at the start (or have a rep on-site)
- Confirm any last-minute access details
- That's it — we handle the rest
We work around your business hours. Early morning, evenings, and weekend appointments are available.
Job Complete
Space Clear. Waste Gone. You're Done.
Once the job is done, we do a walk-through with you to confirm everything on the scope is cleared and you’re satisfied. We handle all disposal, recycling what can be recycled and disposing of the rest through licensed facilities. You’ll get confirmation of completion, and any compliance documents you requested.
OUR PART
- Final walk-through and sign-off with client
- Transport all materials to licensed disposal facilities
- Divert recyclables from landfill where possible
- Provide e-waste or recycling certificates if requested
- Follow up to make sure everything met expectations
YOUR PART
- Walk the space with us and confirm you're happy
- Collect any documentation you need
- Use your clean space — it's yours again
Need a receipt or summary of what was removed? Just ask. We’re happy to provide written confirmation of completed work.

Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be there the whole time?
You need to be available at the start of clean-out day for a quick walk-through confirmation: 15 minutes at most. After that, your on-site contact (could be a manager or building super) can handle it. You don’t need to supervise.
What if there’s more stuff than expected on the day?
If our crew finds significantly more material than was scoped during the survey, we’ll pause and confirm with you before proceeding. Any additions are quoted transparently on the spot. No surprise charges after the fact.
Do you work after hours or on weekends?
Yes. We understand that many businesses can’t afford downtime during operating hours. We offer early morning, evening, and Saturday appointments. Let us know your constraints when you book.
Can you haul hazardous materials?
We handle many items that require compliant disposal: e-waste, auto batteries, fluorescent bulbs, and more. True hazardous materials (asbestos, biohazards, certain industrial chemicals) require specialist contractors, and we’ll tell you honestly if that applies to your job.
How is the quote calculated?
We price based on volume (truck space used), material types, labor requirements, and any special disposal needs. The site survey lets us give you a firm fixed price, not a range. What we quote is what you pay.
Do you provide recycling documentation?
Yes, on request. If you need certificates of recycling for e-waste or other materials for lease compliance, audits, or your own records, just ask when booking. We provide written documentation at no extra charge.
What areas do you serve?
We serve businesses throughout California. From Los Angeles to San Diego, the Bay Area to Sacramento, and everywhere in between. Not sure if we cover your location? Call us.
What’s the minimum job size?
We’re set up for commercial jobs of all sizes: from a single piece of heavy equipment to a full warehouse clear-out. If you have a small job and aren’t sure it’s worth our time, call us anyway. We’ll be straight with you.
